I moved here in January into Kobbe Ave. Biggest issue is the sound of the highway. It is so close and shakes our house and often there are motorcyclists with loud engines that can wake you up. It is also quite expensive given this issue. But the rest is really great.

The presidio is pleasant, however since the trees have been cut down for reforestation the amount of noise from the freeway received at my house has jumped exponentially. You also keep raising the rent by incredibly large hikes every year. This feels unfair the loyal and long term residents. Lastly, working with staff has sometimes proven difficult as they can be dismissive and often do not respond in a timely manner. For how much I am paying in rent I have higher expectations of overall management.
