We have loved living here for the value we get by having six of us living here. It is in a good location and the quality of the apartment is good. We haven't had any major issues with this living situation or with the property ownership group.

I am pleased with the communication and help we have received as tenets at 969 Fell Street. Parking can be hard in this area, especially with Alamo square so close, but the location is still a great spot in the city and the value of the apartment is great.

Frustrating without heat when its cold in the front part of my flat. Very little insulation between floors with six very active men living on the floor above me and below six more

A good home with large space, a lot of rooms and bathrooms and good management. It is in a great central location in San Francisco in a clean and safe part of town.

It is a great place with lots of space and great amenities. Maintenance has done a good job of fixing our issues. The sounds from outside can be annoying sometimes, and we could smell cigarettes from the vents but then we contacted property management about it and that stopped. Other than that, we love the place and the space we have.
