The walls are very thin. The neighbor next door is constantly cursing and being loud. Heating doesn’t work well all the time.

The walls are too thin, I head my neighbors all the time. Heat works on and off all the time. I heard from neighbors that getting help from maintenance is not easy. Location is great though

I like the location but the apartment has so many issues and they are not fixed in a timely manner. Also, when they fix something the problem come back right away.
