Dirty and theft

Well, when I have my packages delivered here on three different occasions, it was taken. I never got it. I found packages on the stairwell opened that somebody had grabbed other peoples packages and mail and went through it from the first floor to the basement and from the first floor going up to the second floor.the front of this apartment is filthy. It was fine the first year and a half that I lived here and it needs to be powered wash at least once a week and if not that then y’all should do it at least once a month.
