This place is expensive. I pay for space. The apartment is large and the space is nice. It is very drafty and cold. There are gaps in all the front windows and they are finnicky and scary sometimes to open. Half of them are stuck and wont open some of them slam down. Somehow I just deal with this because they have come to replace three windows but the issues persist (there was also moisture accumulating within them). Maintenance is hit or miss. There’s an intercom interface in my apartment (I live four levels up) and it doesn’t buzz to anything. I put in a ticket about this and they said that it was never there, but I clearly see an intercom plate installed. It’s not connected to anything and the solution they tried to provide was very inadequate. Would I recommend? No. Not for this price. The only reason I stay is that moving is a pain and it’s expensive.

This apt is large (great!), drafty (I spend a lot on heat), and on the top floor. There are apartments with buzzers and I don't have one. It's exhausting to run up and down. The owners said there was never a buzzer, but there is a physical interface to buzz someone in the apt. It isn't connected to anything. This apartment does not come with parking and that makes it challenging. I'm grateful for the washer and dryer but it seems to break a lot and uses a lot of quarters which are very inconvenient to get from the bank. I really like our resident manager, who is responsive. Neighbors are nice.

- Responses to maintenance queries and work orders are handled well - Sound proofing of apartment isn't great - Slow response time to any lease renewal, lease and billing inquiries - Location is really good.
