Amazing location and staff

I've lived here for 8 years now. The location can't be beat and the staff and maintenance of the properties is excellent. Access to a private laundry facility has also been great. Street parking can occasionally be a challenge and living on Oak St. there is constant street/car noise including loud motorcycles and frequent honking.
