I think that Mario our property manager, is wonderful and very kind, that has probably been the highlight. I can tell he and Ezequiel care about our building and want it to be in good shape. I am a little weary of some of the tenants not having much respect for their leases and the building. I.E. the person who lives above me clearly smokes inside and it makes the building smell like smoke, but I know Mario and Ezequiel have little control over that and oversee many other places. I do also wish that other tenants at 402 pierce did not use the common area as a personal storage unit. There is currently a full sofa propped up against the wall on the ground floor. Other than those things I do like living here.

I love this apartment. Everything is new and nice. The management is very responsive and attentive. The location is UNBEATABLE, right between Duboce Park/Panhandle/Alamo Sq Park. I am a big runner and I love being able to just step out my door with access to so many parks. Plus, the restaurants/bars in NOPA are great and the location is so central. The apartment is right on Oak street so street traffic can be noisy (to be expected in a city). I use an air purifier so I am not awakened at night. White noise helps drain it out. Overall I am very pleased and thankful to have found this apartment!
