I like this place for it's location and room layout facing the street (I have a corner unit). I appreciate the responsiveness of the building manager as well. However, I do think it is over-priced for the noise of the street, minimal amenities (i.e. no parking or washer/dryer in-unit), and compared to the market of similar-sized apartments in the same or adjacent neighborhoods. Because of that, I have been looking for other apartments and will likely not renew my lease in the Spring.

I've Loved Living Here

I have lived in my unit since April 2021 and I am very happy with the experience I've had overall. I get to live in the heart of SF with a great view and for a reasonable rate. However the laundry breaks frequently, and there's no trash chute so those of us living on the top floor have to walk down 5 flights of stairs to take out the trash, etc.
