Communal space and trash bins

I wish there was a better way to fix the elevators, and tenants would respect communal spaces like laundry and lobby areas. Also, I hope there is a better system for throwing the garbage. I have lived at the 701 Taylor Street building for 15 years, and these two problems I mentioned were not an issue. Management should come up with creative solutions.

Great location to downtown and union square. Elevator and in-building laundry. Can be noisy from ambient surroundings.
