Great neighborhood. Very convenient to plenty of fantastic restaurants. Apartment was delivered clean. Nice updates. Responsive B&T team. Positive experience.

We love our apartment and being located here in the Inner Richmond. Our only complaint is that Brick and Timber will not fix the fire alarm system for the building. It goes off in the lobby everyday at 10:15 am and then again at 12:15 am. We have to wake up and go downstairs to turn it off every night. This has been going on for two months. There is also a notice from the fire department on the front door showing that they have been in violation of SF law since mid July. We have contacted them many times and receive the same answer of "there's someone coming in to fix it next week" only for that promise to be postponed to the next week every time.
