I've lived here for almost a year. So far it's been a decent experience. The laundry issues were incredibly frustrating but that seems to have been the only main problem I've had living here.

Great location - management can be better.

I've lived here for 1.5 years. It can be extremely difficult to get in contact with management and have them respond within a reasonable amount of time. It's now under new management, so we'll see if things improve. But the largest issue is with laundry. Also, because of this new rent form - I'm paying more than my lease so that needs to be addressed.
