I have lived here for almost a year, and I absolutely love it. I unfortunately have to move soon, but I loved every second of my time here. Maintenance is extremely reliable and quick! The management team is understandable and accommodated my needs when needed which I am forever grateful for. I will miss living here.

I have lived in my new place since the end of May 2024. This is my dream apartment. I have an in unit washer and dryer, nice big windows in my bedroom, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and a cozy living room. The location is perfect with it being close to the Marina Green so I can go on my jogs, and walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, boutiques, and cafes. Moving to the Marina has changed my goals for the future, because after my experience living here I don't want to leave.

I'm obsessed with my apartment - so much natural light, such great amenities, so beautiful. Perfect location. Responsive team. Thin walls but I don't mind because the building draws a respectful crowd. This is my favorite place I've ever lived - thank you so much for the great team and apartment!

Most perfect location. The apartment is gorgeous. It feels old world but with very modern outfitting. I'm so happy here! This is peak San Francisco living.

I was told lots of things when looking at the apartment that turned out to not be true. There are things still broken/not working from when I moved in. Little care is given to the inside of the building. There is blood on the walls that a service request was put in for months ago. Still not done. I would find another property management company.
