Terrible Building Manager

The laundry machine (singular washer and dryer) are out of service most of the year and the common areas are never clean. The building manager's family keeps shoes in the hall for all to see and trip over, violates the "house rules" for running down the trash stairs after hours, and allows their pet to urinate in the building's trash alley.

Centrally Located

We've lived here for just over a year. The apartments are sizeable, and have great views of the city. The finishings aren't luxurious, nor are the appliances, but they're a good budget option.
