Communication. Stop only emailing. Add phone callls.

I love my apartment, I love everything about it. I love the area as well. I wish your office personal could be mor accesible via phone calls. I can not be checking emails during my day and take long time for them to to reply an email or give me an answer. It is ironic that when you guys need me to go check on something in the laundry room or to help Christine with a vendor or maintenance person I received a phone call right away because I am the resident who lives closer to the laundry room or can give access to maintenance people. When I have question or I need someone to calm me I leave tons of messages and no one take the time to call me back. It is not fair. Please, be mindful that not all people work in and office or from home and can be checking emails like you do.

San Francisco Apartment

I've lived here for 6 months, and love the location and space. It is at a reasonable cost given we're located in an expensive area. Paying rent and submitting requests for maintenance is made convenient through the online portal. While there have been some road bumps in communication between property management, vendors, and residents, all the vendors booked have been great people to work with! Additionally, when problems have occurred, property management has been responsive and helps to get the issue sorted.

Staff is not personal or theis no customer service at all.

I am very happy living here. I only have a problem with stuff never using the phone (Millennials / Generation Z) they want to do everything via email. As I have all the time in the world to be writing texts or emails.
