Noise level
The only down side of living here is the noise from fan room and the playground.
Hot tub regularly broken
Unless you don't use a pool/jacuzzi I would avoid this place. Currently both pools and both jacuzzi's are closed as they are between pool vendors. But the hot tubs are always down, even when they aren't closed, half the time the water is lukewarm or the jets don't work. They have a sauna that is less reliable than the jacuzzi's, staff has no urgency to fix anything, they just say thank you for your understanding. There is a facebook group dedicated to complaining about this property, check that out before moving here.
