One Paseo Living

I’ve lived here for a year, and while there are definitely some positives, there are also several downsides to be aware of. The neighbors have been great, and the walkability is a big plus. That said, there are ongoing issues that are hard to ignore. Residents frequently let their dogs relieve themselves around the property without cleaning up, even though bag stations are readily available. Dog waste ends up everywhere: in the bushes, along walkways, and throughout common areas. There are also regular issues with non-residents accessing the gym daily, and it’s not uncommon for equipment to be broken. My unit itself wasn’t in great condition at move-in. The floors were covered in paint specks, and there was even human hair sealed into them, it looked like the unit had been painted and the floors sealed without being properly cleaned beforehand. On top of that, annual rent increases of 5–10% seem standard, regardless of any issues experienced. Overall, it comes across as very profit-driven and not resident-focused, so you feel more like a number than a valued tenant.

Great gym and amenities, fairly quick maintenance but could use more availability of staff.

Really only use mine as an office, but OP is a beautifully manicured, very well thought out development. It's wild that supposedly over 80% of the units are currently occupied, because I never feel like there are many people there, no matter where I go. Love the two pools and jacuzzi and love the gym. Why the main jacuzzi was colder than the pool with no signage the other rainy day is beyond me, but at least there was another one to enjoy :)

The wi-fi does not work ANYWHERE in the building. Maintenance orders take way too long. For a luxury building, both of these things seem a bit ridiculous. I have never heard of a buildings wi-fi never working.

Great, no complaints, no problem for the last 2 years

Love one paseo; but i’d wish they’d take account of their loyal tenants and not boost the rent up so significantly every new lease term.
