One of the better Values in SD
I think this is one of the best apartment complexes in San Diego for the price point it is. Between the large closets, quick maintenance, and beautiful ground keeping to the great pool and grills that are the envy of all my friends each summer, plus being so centrally located in Mira Mesa — I'm 20 mins from any part of San Diego. I've been here for 7 years and counting.

Overall Great Place to Live
We love the value, location and some of the amenitities of Legacy. We would use the volleyball court often if it were in working condition, I've seen other places see a lot of success with a pickleball court (or tennis courts). The hot tubs seems also seem to be broken a lot. We don't get to use them most of them time because they aren't in order. When they are in order people bring 10 of their friends over and there is no room for residents. We find people sneaking through the motorized gate door often, we see the building gate doors propped open frequently, we find people jumping the gates to get into and hang out in the pool area. Unfortunately this leads to a lot of very loud music and sometimes quite late into the night (2 am). The experience when the apartment had issues and needed to be fixed were dealt with super timely and efficiently and for that we are greatly appreciated. Overall we love to live here and will stay as long as it remains affordable but would certainly benefit from more frequent maintenance to amenities and a little better security!
