We are also pet friendly (pet deposit but no pet rent), with certain restrictions (please ask). Optional assigned parking spot inside the complex is $50/month and/or enclosed garage for $125/month. Otherwise, there is street parking. Security deposit is typically equal to one month of rent. We pay for your water, trash, recycling and sewage.
