I've lived here for 1 year and enjoy the area and environment of the apartments. All the staff I've spoken to have been kind and helpful. Maintenance issues take a long time to be resolved, both in my apartment and with the pool/hot tub/laundry situation

Place is good, however, parking looks like hasn't been blown in a while. Additionally, most of the time, there is an issue with the laundry dispensing cards

I've recently moved to the Casas and overall have been very happy with this apartment. I enjoy the area and living in Mira Mesa. I've noticed room for improvement in several areas however. It's extremely inconvenient that the laundry facilities are only open part of the time, when residents could just be provided a key for access. There have been times that the facilities were supposed to be open and I brought laundry all the way over, just to find them locked. Maintenance is also slow to respond to requests. I put in some requests shortly after moving in that took months to get a response, and in one case still hasn't been fixed.
