You’ll share a handy kitchenette (perfect for light meals, coffee, and microwave prep) with just one other quiet, clean tenant in the adjacent room. You also get full access to the backyard. Public street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. The Location: If you commute, the location is about as good as it gets. You’re a flat, 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) to the Caltrain station and a 10-minute walk (0.6 miles) to San Bruno BART. Getting onto 101 or 280 takes just a couple of minutes, and you’re close to YouTube HQ, Walmart Labs, and local biotech offices. Downtown San Bruno restaurants and shops are only a half-mile away. Rent & Terms: Rent: $1,850/month. This is completely flat and includes all utilities (water, electricity, garbage, and high-speed internet).
