First few years, the quality of services were very high. I can only guess due to funding and economic conditions, the services in all areas has diminish. Everything from trash, laundry facilities, maintenance, and noise levels. The good news is I still enjoy living in the area and must hope things could improve again. :) Wishing is always good - Right? Cheers Everyone...

I really like living in this complex! Super convenient and close to everything nearby. I like that the apartments are a good size it has been wonderful here so far! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Rowland Heights

Location of this apartment complex is awesome near lots of restaurants. Unfortunately for me the location of the gym here is upstairs and unfortunately I’m disabled so I cannot use it. Also, unfortunately there are only two handicap spots on my side your assume they would be more. But overall it is a good location.
