I've been living here for over two years and consider my place a lovely home. Reasonably priced, upgraded appliances, clean, great location, wonderful staff, the list is long. Any complaints I have had are not worth mentioning, for they were resolved within a very reasonable time. The staff are available whenever I need to speak with them. Debbie has been especially responsive to my requests and quick to resolve problems or issues. I feel safe and secure here. The carports have good lighting and there is adequate lighting throughout the complex. Great location in Rocklin and appreciate the close proximity to shopping.

Rocklin Ranch Apartments offers spacious apartments that have plenty of living and storage space. The complex is quiet and peaceful with lots of trees and beautiful landscape to enjoy. The leasing office and maintenance are quick to respond and address any issues that might arise. Great place for individuals and families alike.

I have been here since 2018 and I honestly can say its a great place to live. The staff has always been friendly and ready to help. Maintenance staff is exceptional and very nice. Any maintenance issue I’ve had has been responded to within 24 hours. I’m upper level and the floors squeak really bad so I know the downstairs neighbors hear everything when I’m just walking. That is literally the only issue here, but then what apartment living doesnt have that? I love living here. I definitely would recommend to anyone.

The apt is nice on the inside however that's about the end of it. There is constant construction going on, only one parking spot per apt with option of getting waitlisted for a garage at 100 a month. Prices are base on location and not worth of unit. Overall if your rich and just want to blow money and only have one car it's great. We will not be renewing our lease.
