I tried to leave this place on a good note, but when so much money was taken out of my deposit along with being falsely accused of paying rent late on the last month I was there, it did not leave a good impression. I handed the rent check directly to her and she verified that I was not late, but will not reimburse me the $100 late fee. I paid rent plus extra every month on-time and I felt like I was charged double when I was leaving. The location would not have been bad if it was not for all of the construction across the street. No one provides cable for this area and the apartment complex is not gated. I lived on the 1st floor, which felt like a fishbowl with people looking into my apartment and you can hear everyone above you.

The james is an amazing place to live. Great amenities, great staff, and great location. You are in the middle of Roseville and Lincoln and can get to fun places all around. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and respond to all inquirys in a timely matter. The apartment is such a cozy enviroment and really feels like a home with all the great amenities they have to offer.

The James has been a wonderful place to live! The location is close enough to popular restaraunts and activities but far enough to avoid any heavy traffic. The apartments and grounds are well taken care of and the maintenance team is super responsive. Sometimes neighbors can be be noisy, but everyone I’ve met so far is nice and decent.

1st time to live in an apartment. And so far, I love our apartment, especially our location. I'm sure all the residents love their own location. Staff has been always great to us. The property is well maintained. Maintenance are doing a great job!!!
