23+ yrs resident. Fairly brand new welcomed turnover, regional manager, property manager and staff, also maintenance, A+, A+,A+. Cleaned up the mess from last few crews. Up to date, modern, spacious apts, A+. Beautiful, clean property (long time gardening crew 25 yrs+) A+. Well lit, night security, SAFE, A+. Family, college student, etc. environment. Quite! Pet friendly, small and big. 2 Laundry rooms, key entry, clean, A+. Pool, inspected daily thru county, A+. Occasional family functions (movie nights, pizza, pies on holidays).

I like living here. I get to have my two pets. Its quiet, my neighbors are quiet. The only thing is communication with the office, but its a lot of us in the complex
