It has been a very great experience here in a good area near the store and gas stations which is nice. Very nice staff also.

The apartments have gone down the drain. I have been here for almost 4 years, and within the past year everything has declined. Maintenance requests are not answered timely, sometimes not at all. Property managers thinks it okay to leave a 3 day notice on your door on the 2nd of the month, when rent isn’t considered late until the 4th. Tenants have had their cars towed, it is ridiculous. I am completely unsatisfied as a resident here. Things were way better when Idith was the property manager.

The new manager Mayra Hernandez is not the best at coordinating changes in a timely manner or creating a proper channel of communication. Not really demonstrating her 10 years of property management experience in my option. James the previous manager was WAY better!
