188840 Sherman Way

I actually really like living here. Our next door neighbors are extremely kind and that has been the case for most of the people we’ve met here. However, some noise has been an issue. I’ve gotten used to the sounds from the street, so that isn’t an issue at all. The issue is the people above us. They are extremely loud at all hours of all days - having parties on weekdays into the early hours of the morning that include screaming/shouting, excessive stomping, other people, etc. This happens EVERY week. I-understand having gatherings until a certain hour of weekends, but it’s really inconsiderate to be so loud when people around you have to work mere hours after you’ve turned off your loud music. There’s even loud music being played right now (in the morning), and it’s hard to concentrate on my work. I completely understand that you’re going to hear my noise than usual because of the way the apartment is structured, but this is ridiculous. Other than that, I really like living here. It’s a beautiful apartment and really spacious. I also like that Laura makes sure the hallways get cleaned, and that she sends out emails to remind residents to treat the build and each other with respect.
