I lived in this complex for 7 years. This place is almost close to everything shopping mall, mountain resorts, freeways and most of all to my work. The rent is more affordable compare to nearby apartment complex. The ameneties is good and the place is peaceful during the night. I will recommend this place to my families and friends.

Parking is great. Staff and maitnence is amazing. There us simply not enough parking. There is also a neighbor who I am not sure of their identity or which apartment number they live in, but there is incredibly loud and sometimes concerining arguments that happen quite frequntly around 1am. I am only expressing concern for the people that live there as I am worried that it is a domestic violence situation, it is around around the 10572 apartments.

I lived here for more than 5 years and the unit where I stay is quite and peaceful no noise during night or day. The location is perfect for my work and easy access to almost everything you need to go like shopping, grocery and recreation . The amenities is very nice and the have a new and modern equipment at the gym, swimming pool, Barbeque place and pet friendly complex. The management team are very nice and friendly especially the manager and Vanessa. One of my co worker and her family already moved here after I recommend this place. This is a great place to live and I will recommend this place to all my friends and relatives as well as my co workers.
