Not a bad place to live, close to downtown which is nice and weve had nice neighbors the whole time weve lived here. Maintenance is nice too!

I have been at this property for about seven years. Overall pretty good. I think the maintenance crew are the best part of the complex. However, the trash is not picked up everyday as agreed per contract.

Everything is wonderful, maintenance and staff are great- location, excelletn, park like settings are wonderful. Only drawbacks are noises form next neighbors (thin walls) that can't be corrected. appliances (are not modern, energy efficient- bathtubs are not my favorites.

Nice location, Nice grounds, Maintenance is efficient, Staff is friendly, Good amenities. All my neighbors are nice. First apartment in twenty years and it's been a good experience.

The gym has machines that dont work, the open parking is all reserved. Very expensive for outdated ammenities and a main pool that isnt open
