I have resided here at Parkview Terrace Apartments for the last year now. My experience living here on the complex has honestly been the absolute BEST!! The grounds are ALWAYS maintained, resident parking is plentiful, and maintenance request are answered swiftly!

Hello. I'm new to Parkview Terrace since the last week of January. When I saw this property online, I knew I needed to see it! Everything you see online is EXACTLY what you'll see here! Your washer and dryer are included in your amenities, and the spacious patio is definitely large enough to entertain! Your vehicle parking is covered and close to your residence, and it's always very well lit at night. The grounds are maintained every week. This complex actually has a full gym, and YES! a THEATRE as shown on the website!! Do you know of any other apartment complex that has FREE STARBUCKS coffee on the property at no charge?! Neither do I. The staff here are very courteous and helpful from your first apartment viewing to your actual move in. If you've clicked on this website for Parkview Terrace in Redlands, you're looking to relocate. So schedule an appointment for a viewing, because Parkview Terrace is about to become your new home. . .
