Aging but decent

This apartment complex has been great except a few things. The numbering is a bit nonsensical so delivery drivers often get lost. No assigned parking and limited covered parking is a minor annoyance. Depending on the staff they will either put a notice for any infraction or let clear infractions go for months which is confusing. The mailboxes keep getting broken into which is unnerving. The gas on the provided outdoor grills is set to minimum so cooking takes forever on them. Overall the amenities are nice like the pool, firepit and dog walk area.

It's become my home

The apartment has kept together over my 3 years here. I have only needed maintenance for small issues, and they are always quick to respond. I wish there was either assigned parking or more covered parking near my apartment. I have had no issues with neighbors.

Love living here

Pricey and maintenance sometimes takes a while to get to things, but outside of that we love living here. Staff is always friendly and helpful, pool, gym, and laundry are well maintained enough, grounds are well kept, parking is readily available, and the location is fantastic.
