It's become my home

The apartment has kept together over my 3 years here. I have only needed maintenance for small issues, and they are always quick to respond. I wish there was either assigned parking or more covered parking near my apartment. I have had no issues with neighbors.

Love living here

Pricey and maintenance sometimes takes a while to get to things, but outside of that we love living here. Staff is always friendly and helpful, pool, gym, and laundry are well maintained enough, grounds are well kept, parking is readily available, and the location is fantastic.

Typical California

In line with other Californian rental properties, this place is fine if you devoid it of the price. The price of rent is absolutely ridiculous given the state of the housing, location, and amenities, A suburban area of San Diego county, easily over 2k a month for a 2 bed 1 bath is ridiculous for frankly outdated, poorly maintained, and constantly troublesome flat.
