Please address the fire lane parking continue repeat offenders parking in the safety lanes. If there was a fire on site here no fire truck would be able to do there job. Hazardous to us the tenants and against the law. I continue to report the parking in fire lanes and staff say call the number for the sign or after careline. I have done both, after care states there is no security team for this property so they can only leave a message for the office. The tow company sign number states they can not come out unless it's called in by management. So we have no security patrol here no parking violation for parking in fire zone after hours and over night. Not safe at all and blocking safe entry exit of the property. When will this be address we have been through at least two management team members here. I have multiple pictures of the vehicles past and currently parking illegal.

The staff currently living here is amazing and always so helpful and the neighbors are great! But I would advise not living or leasing this property. A majority of the community has gotten towed and has paid over 400 dollars to get their cars back. And the cars even get towed right in front of the person. Californian law states that the individual has the RIGHT to get their car untowed if they are in front of the car. The complex owner, on the other hand, is the only one allowed to park in the no parking zones without fear of being towed. Goes to show what kind of person your leasing from. If you are a student trying to find a nice townhome to lease, I strongly suggest staying away from this headache of a place and finding something else that is a lot better and has owners who care.

Just moved in on the first of September and enjoying my new home! Although, everything is brand new there was few things that needed a couple of touches. Leanna did a great job by making sure everything got fixed for me in a timely manner.

Stopped by to tour this property with a friend. I love the location, perfect place for a commuter. The manager Leanna was on point! She answered every question and gave us a nice tour of the property. The townhomes are spacious, love that they all have 3 full bathrooms and an attached 2 car garage.
