Been here for 10 years without any problems. Front office staff is very welcoming, and assists with your needs if problems exists. The community is well maintained and provides awesome safety for families. Great place to live!!!

Very noisy place, admin staff doesn't get involved and tenants not very clean. Apartment outdated and not kept to what they charge. Needs to have a good pest control program in place.

Very noisy neighbors a lot of kids running on skaters and boards. Parking is not properly covered and far from the apartment.

Absolutely love this complex. The office manager Debbie; office staff & the maintenance crew are very friendly, helpful & responsive. I am really finicky with certain things and everyone always treats me with understanding & respect. We have lived here for 3.5 years and love it so much that we are on the wait list for a 3 bedroom apartment. I have searched around other local apartment complexes and honestly nothing comes close to parkwest. The amenities like the pools, office, gym and clubhouse are great. My family and I are very pleased & recommend parkwest to everyone!
