A bit more attention is needed to insure that neighbors with dogs are taking appropriate care of their pets. Too many out of control dogs barking obnoxiously bothering immediate neighbors as well as folks just passing in the area. Technology is a problem...too many diff web sites with no clear links and instructions about what is to be used. Too many offers for new sites with new perqs. Use of Emerson AI is annoying. Staff is great!

Ive enjoyed my 6 1/2 years here. The maintenance staff has been helpful. The landscaping and exterior has been well maintained.

Our one-bedroom apartment was great, we kept it in excellent shape, and the maintenance guy was very professional. The bad was some tenants were really noisy at the pool, 1 guy had a car so loud, that he woke us up and the rest of the condo for a year. Some people left their garbage anywhere, making a mess in the designated location instead of inside the canister, which made it disgusting to dump our garbage. By the time to renew our lease, the rate increase was so much, and the next 2 bed 2 bath apartment was ridiculously expensive, we had to move. If I could get rid of the noisy car, and the price for a 2 bed 2 bath would be more reasonable, we would move back in.
