Expensive but quiet

Rent is expensive and last couple months nobody as been at the office during office hours to accept any rent payment

On the expensive side

Brookside has a tendency to be quite peaceful and serene… that being said - the pricing is a lot - especially for people leaving in studio apartments. When online payments are disabled and the credit card fee is 50 plus bucks - it can add up. On top of that - it can be really hard to contact the onsite staff (the maintenance staff is always onsite) but the leasing office is sometimes locked during business hours and if you have to deliver a check and you work a 9-5 it can be incredibly stressful.

Great Place but very expensive

The area is beautiful. I love walking my dog on the grounds and the neighborhood. The Canal Trail is very close. I love my apartment and my neighbors are great. The people who work here are mostly kind and caring. The only problem I have is that it is very expensive and often I have to pay as much as 300 dollars over rent for utilities, garbage, etc. If not for the expense, I would stay forever! I just hope to find somewhere to live that is just as nice but for less money.

Good Area / Amenities

I have lived here two years - I like the neighborhood because its close to Target, gas stations, and multiple shopping centers. I wish the rent was not as expensive especially for a studio apartment. I do love that the community is very dog friendly and there are many local dog parks and hiking trails. The pool is stunning and I enjoy having access to backroads that connect the bigger cities so I dont always have to take the freeway during traffic peaks.
