This is a very nice building. It has it's issues, but for the most part is great. However, it's a noisy neighborhood.

This is a great place to live. Everything is fresh and modern and the neighbors are also pretty quiet. Parking is also spacious and Constance is the best building manager i've ever had. One thing is that the floors are concrete so you hear everything going on below and I know the neighbor below me gets annoyed even though I wear slippers and got some rugs.

Moved in recently and I really enjoy the apartment. Only thing is that you can hear hard steps sometimes from apartments nearby, but that's a minor inconvenience. This is a super modern building with great appliances and infrastructure. Neighbors are really nice, too
