Price, Amenities could be much better!

I've lived here 3.5 years. Love the community and location. Apartment manager is awesome! Amenities could be updated and the price is very high. Thanks.

Not so great--->

too loud landlord is not so helpful everything is so old they dont fix anything or replace it they just patch everything over with white paint bad environment parking has water floods
