A lot of noise, no amenities, limited parking, but staff is nice, area is in the prime part of Pasadena, and rent is good.

Price, Amenities could be much better!

I've lived here 3.5 years. Love the community and location. Apartment manager is awesome! Amenities could be updated and the price is very high. Thanks.
