Living here for almost 5y. Great building, personnel. Maintenace great considering only one person now for a building this big. However they started to let any one live here and this is a senior building. Kids, teens and young adults at all hours making noise, running or walking and talking loud late at night and some of the regular tenants as well. And they started to increase rents so now we live in a regular building instead of being helped as seniors with fixed income and nowhere to go because of the same. No they don't run a charity, but is a government subsidized building and the rent increases do not reflect that anymore. Is anguishing no to feel secure in your tenancy anymore, to feel trapped with no where to go.

I have lived at Heritage Park for 18 years. It is a wonderful quiet senior complex with reasonable rent, swimming pool, community room, plenty of secure off street parking, nice neighbors, excellent staff, outstanding maintenance department, 2 blocks from Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Hospital. A great place to call home.

the property maintenance is in poor condition, the place is filthy and neglected. the new management needs help. rents have increased which is sad to everyone struggling to make ends meat while in their retirement age. Us seniors need help not mistreatment.
