Land is at a premium but the small parking spaces where I cannot get out of my car without bumping my neighbors’ is so annoying. If they don’t pull straight into their space I have to maneuver carefully to park after unloading purchases by the mail boxes. Of course it’s really hard in the rain. I have had excellent experiences with maintenance - he repairs things cheerfully.
