The building is old and has a weird smell. The elevator is very old too. I think this is the catch of paying a lower price for rent. Also, the floor is very noisy when you walk and you can hear people walking upstairs as if they were in your building. The balcony and parking situation is very good. Apartment is spacious. The location is 10/10.
