I found Larry and Dan of the Modern Cactus' management team to be extremely helpful. They are both very professional, accommodating, and quick to respond to my every need. Being a tenant here has been my best rental experience ever. I highly recommend Modern Cactus to anyone looking to make Palm Springs their home. It’s a great place to live. Their amenities are great. The management is great. The maintenance is always there and always doing a good job and I appreciate that since I’m legally blind. I’m enjoying living here. I enjoy that there are three pools and a workout room and even a game room

I had a great experience from the apartment tour through the whole move in. Andrea was excellent 100% with great customer service she answered all my questions and she worked so fast at getting me moved in. I recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a beautiful comfortable apartment. I don't like moving but she made the experience wonderful.

Never been one for large apt complexs but I actually love my apartment. The unit is modern and comfortable at the same time. Ruth in the office is very kind and helpful. The location is great and the complex is clean. I moved here in December 2022 so the only thing I’m not in love with is the price as I’m paying top of the market.
