I love my Apartment. And The management especially Rachel (of Saywitz) have been above and beyond. Also Tennant Orlando is an amazing person who I thought was the on sight manager due to how helpful he has been (perhaps he can become the manager and deserves compensation) that is just my opinion but he has been great to me and fiance while settling in and that should be acknowledged. Besides being told the pool was heated And Power was free I dont have many Qualms. Also I was considering the studio across the pool, so maybe there was a miscommunication on my part.. However I am more than happy with the arrangement, however less bils are always better. But this place is wonderful and its only getting nicer, (I have noticed an postitive improvemnet since May). If I could ask any thing more it would be Cheaper Laundry. The Loads are half sized, and the Price is a little high. I would ask for much larger units or much cheaper prices. That is All - My Fiance and I are very happy here. We are finally settled in and everything is 100% good for the both of us and we look forward on 2024 and the memories we will make in this wonderful apt unit. Thank you all for everything and Happy New Years!

Maitenance is bery hard to get ahold of and issues are never fixed in a timely manner. Management is very frequently changing and the property is not as clean and well maintained as claimed.
