Why Renters Love It Here
Great Apartment, not great parking for Guests
The amenities are good only if you can enjoy them the way you want. When I was touring, I asked specific questions about how many guests I can have over. To have a party with more than 3-4 friends you have to rent out the clubhouse. I consider that a huge negative. I shouldn't have to pay extra. Many weekends, the clubhouse goes unused. In an effort to fix parking, guests have to register their car but the process is long and the service doesn't save any info so people have to fill out the form again and again. You can only find guest parking for 1 maybe 2 cars so everyone else has to park on the street. I wish there was a call box on the main walk in entrances so that when people park on the street, I can let them in via my phone, instead of having to walk to the entrance. This would be a great improvement. Now that the shopping center has been finished, the two gates that exit to Haven ave, still don't work. That is the reason for their existence. Please fix those gates so we can use our fobs to get back in.

Simple life, good environment, easy to commute and enjoy to living here.
Great property, near the street so can be very noisy.
Just moved here, has been a good experience thus far. A couple bumps trying to secure the property but overall everyone is really nice. Try and get a unit away from the street to decrease noise levels.
