Been living here for 1 year and it's been great. We just signed a new lease. We looked at 9 other apartment complexes before choosing the Grove. You get more space for your money; the ceilings are high, the layouts are nice, and it's in a great location. Some improvements can be made to the amenities though. For example, the gym seems to always have something out of order (i.e treadmill or bathroom or cable broken), and the office lounge hasn't had wifi in the past 1 year. I've gone into the lounge multiple times this year since I work from home and each time, staff said they were working on getting it back up. Make these improvements and it becomes the perfect place.

and the Staff which is a rotating door of employees seems more concerned with renting out empty units more than they do about the loyal residents living here. They NEVER answer the phone nor return phone calls. They don't even call to alert you if a package is dropped there that was delivered to the wrong unit. The previous staff that was moved to other properties were MUCH better than these we have presently. Also, there seems to be very little concern about the safety of the residents and to say this property has cameras is also vwry misleading since they are only located at the retal office and pool. The perimeter of the community seems to be the least protected or maintained. I literally have to call (in the past) to get the bushes maintained as they over grow the windows but apparently I will need to send a MAINTENCE REQUEST even when I see the landscaping people on the property all the time. Also, all the locks on the exterior doors STAY BROKEN. The rent is reasonable for this area but the quality of service has definitley gone down here over the years.

There is nothing better than entering the pool during the warm months and the hottubs during the chillier days/nights! The staff is extra friendly and the package hub is amazing!
