It takes over a year for management to fix huge roof leaks, and they have been rude and threatening. Make sure you have a legal team if you move in here, as resident manager is constantly breaking the law regardibg tenants rights.

The property is in increasingly poor repair, with nonfunctional laundry rooms, leaky roofs, torn up internal pathways, uneven parking that bursts tires, a gate that only intermittently works, and few and far between responses from property management when these issues are raised.

I have been living in this place for over 20 years, since before Madison Park bought it. I would highly encourage you to do your research on the owner of Madison Park and Madison Park itself. It is a East Oakland creative nightmare to live here. Not for the faint of heart or if you expect quality for your money.

I love it here its a good location i feel my only complaints are how loud it is but that comes with the location

I've lived here almost a decade, and there is little to no value placed on the health and wellness of the residents here. There are continuous roof leaks that are never fixed despite multiple requests, which frequently lead to unaddressed mold issues at my unit and neighboring units. The washer/dryers are subcontracted and rarely work due to drain issues that property management refuses to fix.
