Such a great location thats off the beaten path of Oakland. The marina is verg family and dog friendly. Orion apartments has an amazing staff that really rakes care of their residents.

I have been here for almost two months, and the unit is okay, but it lacks an air conditioner and a window in the bedroom.

Overall the condition of the property seems great. Upon move-in it would have been great to receive a map, summary of amenities / hours, and in general, a more cohesive orientation. Much of our interactions with property management so far have been quite rushed, which has led to a few miscommunications.
