The property is nice. Apartment is nice. Staff is great for the most part as long as Molly isn’t having a bad day. The stacker system they have for parking has consistently malfunctioned and has resulted in me not being able to retrieve my car for several hours, (I have only been here since 1 month, it stopped working 3 times within my first 2 weeks)resulting in missed work or me spending money on Ubers (which I was reimbursed from the property once). My car was damaged by the stacker as well as another resident who lives here. The resolve for the subpar service, consistent mechanical issues and damage to my vehicle was to a offer to inconvenience me further and cause me to spend more money by moving to to another property with a standard parking garage. I pay 300 a month for parking and it’s a gamble if I can access my car or not

Beautiful, modern apartment in the heart of Oakland

- Really modern, beautiful units - But expensive (appropriately so) - Very limited and kind of annoying parking - Great location as far as Oakland goes (2 mins from BART), but not that near any proper grocery stores - Sweet, accommodating staff - Amenities are pretty average
