Been here 4 yrs. One if the 1st to move into the buikding. Staff are super attentive, friendly, helpful, accommodating & ive been in 3 high rises in downtown Oakland. Prior to this lived at 19th & Harrison wjere staff was non existent and never ever available nor helpful. Huge difference here. Bart is 1 block away. One warning: it is CRAZY loud if you live on the outside facing either 21st or Telegraph Ave. I’m lucky, I’m on the 3rd floor interior courtyard where somehow 95% of all street noise is totally boocked. But ny beighbir lives on the 9th floor & it sounds like a freeway on 21st st, it’s insane. Do not recc choosing a unit on any exterior for the is reason! But the gym is always empty and the bbqs on the 8th floor are wonderful. Super clean building.

Great place to live. Near BART. No parking available, but you don't need it with how convenient BART and Uber are. Plenty of good places to hang out in walking distance too, such as Kinfolx (a cafe) and Punchdown (a James Beard award-wining natural wine bar).

Wonderful apartment building where the staff really care. Responsiveness seems better than management from some other buildings in the area. Beautiful amenities including 8th floor lounge with multiple outdoor grills and 23rd floor lounge with a pool table and roof deck. The 24/7 gym is a great option and supplement to anyone's fitness routine.

I've lived here for just over 8 months and I love it. It's downtown Oakland (technically Uptown, sue me) and it's close to Bart, restaurants, and the highways. The building is lovely. The staff top-notch. I love the roof deck to look out over Oakland while I play pool and write jokes with my friends.
