Caspian

People sure do love thier pets. You can hear dogs baking in the hallways all day. People let their dogs urinate in front of the doors and poop on the side walk. This is a pet friendly hood but there are too many people with dogs.

Our time at Caspian has been great with very few and far between issues.

Access to the private resident garage has been broken for 2 months, allowing anyone to access the garage. This poses a security risk, yet management is still charging full price for parking spots.

My experience at Caspian has been wonderful thus far. From the friendly and welcoming staff, to the respectable neighbors. What I like most about the community is how everything is super convenient, from speaking to the staff, and needing assistance, using the loading dock etc. The only thing I wish, is if the property or area had a guest parking space.

Very complicated and burdensome move in process (especially for a person with mobility issues). The thermostat is difficult to program. Handicapped parking is inadequate. Distance from building entry to my unit is far too great no matter what entry is used. So far, after only three days living here I'll give this place a 3 on a scale of 10. To be fair, I do enjoy the fact that the building is new, and clean.

Neigbors make severe noise so it makes living here unbearable. Wish management would take my numerous complaints more seriously.
