Thin walls
Neigbors make severe noise so it makes living here unbearable. Wish management would take my numerous complaints more seriously.
Best Property on Brooklyn Basin
This is the best property on Brooklyn Basin Way, with excellent staff, nice amenities, and the quality of the apartments are so nice.

Convenient location
The area is safe, and a decent distance to Jack London and to the bridge to Alameda and the BART at Lake Merrit. The security in and around the apartment is decent although at night or in early morning it can still be sketchy. The patrolling security are very much appreciated. The apartment is clean and the rooms are good, although it does feel sometimes that the heat get lost a little quickly. The biggest issue i have is sometimes the noise, from the freeway through the windows when closed, and from neighbors as the walls seem quite thin. Although the neighbors are all very respectful and I cant really complain. The roof and courtyard are nice, though I have rarely used them. A pool would have been nice, but I suppose engineering that would have been a nightmare. The stackers work well most of the time, but when they don't I can see it being a liability. A traditional parking garage might have been nicer. Captain hindsight here of course. Overall, a rather pricey apartment perhaps, but the location is convenient for me. If I can I might have to find a cheaper place, but this perfectly acceptable for now. Thank you. Have a good day.
A good apartment in Oakland
I live here for 2 months. It is a quiet new community. Nice staff, nice neiborhoods.
