Nice enough, but hot tub is broken half the time, elevators break frequently, parking gates always broken. Cheap building.

Extremely convenient location. The staff is very professional and quickly responsive. The building is pretty quiet. Fire alarms go off frequently but the new management team is working on it. Overall love living here.

Overall, the Alexan Webster is a nice place to live! In unit laundry, clean and well stocked fitness area, gorgeous pool area with BBQs and a lounge. However, the property management group has changed twice already in less than two years of living here. This causes confusion, requests and concerns to get lost, and a lot more work on the residents part to get needs met. Additionally, we have somehow been on the parking waitlist for TWO years, having checked in multiple times and being told we were still on the waitlist. It is affordable, clean and has very minimal community noise. However, it is not a luxury apartment building outside of aesthetic.

I have been living in the building for 2 weeks, and it was an unpleasant experience. When I arrived, the old administration didn't have the apartment ready, so I had to wait 2 days to move in. Finally, when I moved in, the building changed the administration and the new administration had to start from zero, so they didn't have all the documents that I submitted to the old administration... All the problems are with the administration. The apartment is good, has good appliances, and is big for the price.
