The walls are thin and you can hear too much from people in other units as well as making the place get way too cold at night. The kitchen fan is a bit pointless and does very little to not cause the kitchen to smoke up. Lighting is a bit awkward as the main room lacks a central light. Besides this, everything else is fine, the residents living here a very nice and welcoming, it was a bit disappointing though to find out parking was practically mandatory for this location as you will not find a place to park on the street within 10 minutes walking distance past 7pm on any given day, parking optional is a bit misleading for car owners. Overall though, great place with a bit more quirks than expected.

I have lived here for much longer than I had planned. If I did not like it here, I would have left. All in all, it is a nice place to live and the property management company has been consistently responsive. It is also nice to be so close to transit and more.

Complex needs a lot of work! Plumbing bad. . . single-pane windows bad. . . 3-prong grounded outlets needed. . . better accessibility for disabled, lots of dangerous spots around for even someone "able". . . driveway steep with lots of potholes. . . entry to laundry dangerous/stairs steep. . . the front gate should open the opposite way in-to the complex not out from as this poses a danger to tenants, delivery people and guests. . . handrail entering the complex is rickety and only on one side. . . etc. . . etc. . .
