Gallagher & Lindsey Are one of the worst property management companies I have ever encountered. They do less than the bare minimal maintenance and as a result the paint on the east and south facing walls has peeling badly for few years now and now there is so much rot on the siding. It’s really sad to see a nice house fall apart while the yproperty management do nothing.

There is so much neglect on this beautiful house. I feel bad for the owner because I'm not sure how aware he is on the amount of neglect.

The exterior of the house is in really bad condition and is going to lead to having to do some really expensive repairs because the property management doesn't send anyone here to check the property. They only collect rent. I feel bad for the owner because he lives far away, has a beautiful home here in Oakland and is really happy to have us all here renting from him but the property management are screwing over him because they will show up one day and say to him "Ok the whole roof needs to be replaced and the south facing wall needs all new siding." That will be because they haven't been proactive in maintaining the structure and the house is quickly deteriorating. Isn't that one of the reasons he pays the property management? So they will maintain the property?

There is so much rot on the outside of the house from years on water diversion neglect and paint neglect. It's too bad because now a lot of work has to be done to replace major sections of the house because gutters can be fixed and new paint applied. Also the electrical in regards to lighting is deteriorating. No one from the property management has ever come by the place to look around an do preventive maintenance and I doubt they ever will.

Love the location, the people I live with, the energy of the house, love the backyard. Its pretty much an ideal place for me to live. The exterior maintenance is seriously lacking. Its too bad because the house is really cool but the siding is beginning to rot due to lack of paint for so many years. Downspouts not working. Stairs starting to rot. If you wait much longer the house is going to need some major work.
