Not bad living here. Expensive but if you're a techy I'm sure you can make it work

I'm going into my second year living here. The best thing about the building is the location and the people. The only amenity is the in unit washer/dryer. Maintenance staff is nice, but the property management company is short staffed and slow to respond. If things change this year, I definitely will stay an additional year because I really like the location and my neighbors both in and outside of the building, but only time will tell.

Apartment is new and everything is nice. The fridge waterline is not connected so no ice maker. Also youre above a club so expect noise on the weekends. Otherwise its a descent building w a good staff.
