Very nice, I would like to stay here for a long time

I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon this wonderful HUGE unit in This location. I have always wanted to live in a live /work loft style property, slight industrial and residential. With a nice open floorplan, This place has 16 foot ceilings!! I can literally build a loft and double my space and create a second level inside my unit. All of this and more for under $200 a month. Cant beat it!!

Old building but that is part of the charm. Large open space that does not feel like its managed like a dorm room is what i value. Technilogies need much improvement

I've been here since September of 2010. I still enjoy my unit but the trash situation, parking matrix and the overall cleaniness of the building has declined.

This building is in a great location. Unfortunately, the property management company is unresponsive to basic requests and the needs of its tenants. Noteworthy examples include: 1) adding fees, such as garbage disposal, that are absurdly expensive 2) not washing the outside windows (which are filthy) for over a year 3) not repairing the elevator in a timely manner when it breaks
